Schedule Your Way To Weight Loss

Weight loss doesn't have to get harder as you get older. In fact, it can actually get easier if you have a plan and a routine.
To be clear it doesn't matter what diet you choose. Most diets work as long as you stick to them. The real problem isn't the diet. The real problem is living in a world with people who aren't dieting. Especially if they're your friends and partners. That's why having a plan and routine are actually more important than the diet itself,
Losing weight is about time and repetition.
Do the right thing long enough and you'll get the results you want.
The key to creating good plans and routines is making them easy to keep and follow. The perfect way to do it is with the when's and where's. Example: When are you working out? Tomorrow at 7am. Where are you working out? In my basement. Advanced Example: When I get up, I am going to go into the living room where I will do 5 minutes of stretching.
If your plan is to take off a few pounds or lose over a 100 like I did,
you must get a plan you can stick too!
My plan is centered around walking and weight. Where? In my local neighborhood. When? Within two hours of me waking up. When I get up, I will immediately put on my running gear and walk. Once I finish my walk, I will lift weights for 30 minutes and then shower.
Bonus...
I know it sounds simple but the simpler it is...the easier it is to follow. And here's the cool part. You can script out your whole day buy just adding "and then". Example: I will work out and then have breakfast and then shower and then read a book.
Now just keep doing the same thing every day until you get the results you want.
