If your goal is to expand your business by getting great paying customers,

you must be 100 % clear on what your ideal clients are trying to get done.


Here's how you get to a 100.

  1. You ask, what are you trying to get accomplished.

  2. You ask, and what else.

  3. You ask, what role do you see me playing.

  4. You ask, what will getting this done mean for you.

If you know these four things, you'll never have to worry about bad reviews or getting the attention of great paying customers.


Here's why...


Once you know what your great paying customers are willing to pay for, then you build a step-by-step process. You always get more sales and make more money when you have a process. Why? Because it inspires confidence.


Example: We have a 3-step process that guarantees you'll never have to worry about... (insert answer to question number 1).


Now you promote and advertise your ability to solve this specific problem to customers who are in the same boat as your great paying client or clients. That way you're only doing the work you best suited to do, for great paying clients who are excited about the fact you can help them.


Remember vagueness and confusion will create a grey area for clients to get lost and complain. The combination of process and clarity makes almost impossible to get a bad review. (Couple this with our feedback blog and you'll have a great weapon to use in your pursuit of financial success as a business owner,)

Remember this too...

  1. Your process makes you unique.

  2. Most businesses don't have a process.

  3. Your process is built for your customers.

And once you start getting results...your process is now proven and priceless to present to future great paying customers.


A proven process does two things. 1) It will ensure your customers are always satisfied. Why? Because there's no confusion about why they hired you or who you are. You are a specialist who solves a specific problem. Which creates customer clarity. Which makes it easier for a great paying customer to trust and pay you. 2) Opens up other streams of income. Once you have a proven repeatable process you can improve and expand upon it by breaking down each step into a new product.


My primary hook with clients is...I'll teach you how to make money online using free social media. Which evolved into me creating products based around email marketing, website optimization for sales conversion, script writing, proper pricing strategy. product and program design. Plus, sales funnel design and social media script creation. And they all came out the work I did with my best and ideal clients.


Once you get your sellable process. Create your products based around your process and the steps in your process. Your future great paying customers will love this! Your current great paying customers will promote you/your process and you'll attract more ideal clients.
