Turn Bad Reviews Into Big Sales

Yes, I know bad reviews and cancel culture can kill your business. But it can also be a blessing too. Business is an information and application business.

In Part One, we talked about how to gather the right information in the form of feedback. Once you have feedback for your clients...use it as a trust building tool with clients who mirror your ideal clients.

Here are a few ways you can re-purpose your feedback.

  1. Here's what people are saying (Works perfect on your website: Just put a snippet of positive feedback in the testimonial section of your website)

  2. Most of our clients' statements. (Example: Most of our clients say they've seen a noticeable difference with days of us coming out)

  3. Use percentage-based version (Example: 9 out of 10 clients say they've seen an uptick in business we started doing their signage)

Make sure you use the words your clients use whenever possible. Why? Because it most likely mirrors the language your potential customers will use and understand.

I call this a trust building tool because there are tons of untapped customers waiting and watching you. One of the main reasons they haven't bought from you yet is they don't trust you! And where there's not trust...there's not purchase!

Bad testimonials create doubt. If you use the feedback the way I am teaching you, it will remove doubt, plus potentially create a new stream of income.

So, let's do a quick recap. You want to start getting your feedback a couple weeks into your project, then again at the end or close to the end, and finally, you comeback for your "how is it going" and your "are things still going well" calls. And then do what we discussed above.

Oh, and as a bonus. Next Week, I'll be giving you my sure-fire feedback script, so you can make sure you're getting the right information from your clients.

Until then....

Best Wishes and Many Blessings
