Five Words That Will Get You More Sales This Month

What are the Five Words that will get you more sales this month?

Have you given up on (insert what you do). I know you've probably read or heard me use a variation of this from Dean Graziano. But these five words come from Chris Voss.

The Dean Graziano one is "Did you ever get help with (insert what you do)". Or maybe you heard it this way "Did you ever solve the problem you were having".

I use Dean's approach with people who have never started.

You say things like "Did you ever find a place to have your party". Or "Did you ever find a person to fix your marketing".

Chris's five words are for people who have already started. Which is why you say something like "have you given up on getting more sales in 2024"

They both work. I like Chris's five words because most people don't want to see themselves a quitters or failures. So, most of the time they will respond, even if it's with the "I've been busy" excuse.

Which is okay because a response gives you a shot to

turn them into a customer or at least a referral.

I use them both to get more sales.

Dean's six words get more sales because...

There's almost a 0% chance that your customer can

and will solve their own problem.

If anything, it's probably gotten worse. Which is good for you right?

I use Chris's five words after I've talked to a client, and it looked like we had a deal, but they went ghost.

Is there any version of your life were getting ghosted is good? Mines either, so use this to re-open the lines of communicate.

More than likely either they've gotten busy and still have the problem (which means you still have a chance to close them) or they went with someone else (which free's you up to go get more sales).
